Service Description
Join Rachel and Emily in the woodland at Treetops to celebrate the Spring Equinox, celebrating the official closing of the winter season. (if the weather is against us, we will head inside to the studio for our practice). You will have an hour of gentle movement with Rachel, enjoying a blend of yoga from hatha to yin, warming up the body and feeling a great all over stretch, before settling into a savasana as Emily takes over with a relaxing sound bath, whilst you are under the tree canopy surrounded by bird song. Please bring with you a mat, blanket and cushion and dress in loose layers with a warm top.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our classes being held for small numbers we are unable to offer refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend your class. Obviously if the class has a waiting list and we are able to fill your place, you will be sent a refund.
