The Morning yoga will help wake and refresh you, bringing focus to your mind, and energy through your body. (11 minutes long)
The Evening yoga will help ground and relax you, stretch out the day and have both your body and mind ready for sleep. (18 minutes long)
Your Online Yoga Workshop will be sent to you as a PDF document which you must download and save to your device within 30 days.
(The yoga workshops are suitable for all levels but not if you are pregnant).
