Service Description
We are holding a Workshop to introduce you to the 4 Yogas we enjoy at Treetops: Yin Yoga Restorative Yoga Aroma Yoga Hatha Yoga Suitable for all levels, especially for those completely new to Yoga, and Yogis who would like to explore different types to see which one suits them most. All your equipment will be provided, so you just need to bring yourself. Let Rachel take you on a journey through relaxation to gentle standing poses, long held poses, prop held poses and poses helped along with beautiful essential oils. Finishing with one of the favourite of all poses - Savasana. 10am - 12:15pm

Cancellation Policy
Due to our classes being held for small numbers we are unable to offer refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend your class. Obviously if the class has a waiting list and we are able to fill your place, you will be sent a refund.
