Online Workshop - Cyril the Squirrel
Our Pen and Wash Online Workshop describes and show you step by step how to draw a Squirrel, use traditional pen marks, create shade and marks on the paper. The Workshop finishes with a wash of watercolour paints across the picture.
Claire Warner demonstrates to you how to use the pens in your work, emphasising that they must be permanent pens as you will be tinting your picture with the watercolour wash later. You will learn ways to improve your pencil and pen skills. Claire recommends a 0.3 nib in black or dark brown for this online pen and wash workshop.
