Service Description
FIVER FRIDAY OFFER! Come and enjoy outdoor yoga at Treetops with Rachel Windsor, a great way to end the week. Just bring a mat/towel, blanket and bottle of water with you. It will be a gentle hatha yoga flow with relaxation included and is a great way to end the week. All levels of yogis are welcome including beginners, and adaptations can be made if you are pregnant. If the rain is very heavy on Friday, we will let you know about cancellations on Friday afternoon via the email you give on booking.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our classes being held for small numbers we are unable to offer refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend your class. Obviously if the class has a waiting list and we are able to fill your place, you will be sent a refund.
