Join us for an evening of gentle yoga and sound in the calm woodland at Treetops. Enjoy and hour of slow movement, breath work and relaxation with Rachel, finishing the evening with a beautiful crystal bowl sound bath. Please bring your mat, cushion and blanket

Due to our classes being held for small numbers we are unable to offer refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend your class. Obviously if the class has a waiting list and we are able to fill your place, you will be sent a refund.
