Animals in a Scene |
Our Animal class will cover a
variety of animals and how to draw their shape and then
have them within a watercolour scene, there may be time
to do two paintings during this class. Claire has an

Christmas Aga |
Sarah will be here to show you how to get the best out of
your Aga this Christmas, how to juggle the ovens, retain
the heat, ideas of dishes to prepare ahead, short cuts
and plenty of great top tips. In 2010 we had a huge
turkey, this year Sarah will be cooking a delicious Beef
Wellington and Glazed Ham (but don’t worry there will be
plenty of opportunity to talk turkey!) After the
demonstration there is time for a tasting lunch of all
the things Sarah has cooked plus the opportunity to see
what goodies she has for sale in her travelling Aga
shop. This is a brilliant and very popular class, so
please book early! |

Stage 1 class:
Learn the secrets of making deliciously moist and
beautifully decorated cupcakes. This 2 hour class will
teach you all you need to know to get you started. We
will cover a variety of top tips for the cake mixture
and icings (frosting and fondant), talk about different
flavourings, colours and experiment with perfect
finishing touches. You will make and decorate 6 cupcakes
during the afternoon to take home. A really fun,
glittery, twinkly, yummy way to spend 2 hours! |

Susanna demonstrates various arrangements and ideas to
decorate your home this Christmas, and then you have the
opportunity to make a wreath for your front door or
Christmas table. We provide everything from aprons to
secateurs, and an abundance of foliage, flowers, fruits
etc. The smell is gorgeous, this is a class to really
get you into the Christmas mood! Spaces for these
classes were gone by September last year, so please book
