Pilates Classes
We are running two classes of Mat Based Pilates. An
intermediate class for those of you
who have just done a small amount of pilates; Sally will explain
all about your “core” and introduce exercises that help lengthen
and strengthen your body, using slow controlled flowing
movements.
The experienced class is for those who have regularly and
recently attended Pilates classes.
The classes will be for no more than 8 people, so that Sally
can provide you with a high level of attention as it is
important to get the positioning and movement of Pilates
correct.
The class will last for one hour and fifteen minutes, and
there will even be homework for you inbetween classes! (The
classes run as a course over 5 weeks.)
This is a very relaxing class and it really provides a
“getting away from it all” feeling.
Refreshments will be provided after the class.
