Come and learn the secrets of making beautiful
and delicious cupcakes. During the class you will watch a
demonstration and will then be baking and decorating your
very own cupcakes!
You will learn how to make a lovely moist
sponge for the cupcakes, how to whip up a perfect
buttercream icing, create perfect swirls on the cupcakes and
how to make small pretty decorations from icing.
All ingredients and equipment are provided
(Emily has a great selection of edible glitters, sprinkles,
stars, colours etc.) and you will take home 6 cupcakes that
you have decorated yourself along with the recipes and
plenty of tips and hints, so that you can bake and decorate
at home with confidence.
Stage 2 Cupcake Classes
We are now offering a Stage 2 Cupcake Class
day. This is for students who have already attended a
Cupcake Class at Treetops. Working on what has already been
learnt, we will take the icing and decorating to another
level!
Themed classes will also be offered
throughout the year such as Easter, Chocolate, Christmas
etc.
