Come and learn the secrets of making beautiful and delicious cupcakes. During the class you will watch a demonstration and will then be baking and decorating your very own cupcakes!

You will learn how to make a lovely moist sponge for the cupcakes, how to whip up a perfect buttercream icing, create perfect swirls on the cupcakes and how to make small pretty decorations from icing.

All ingredients and equipment are provided (Emily has a great selection of edible glitters, sprinkles, stars, colours etc.) and you will take home 6 cupcakes that you have decorated yourself along with the recipes and plenty of tips and hints, so that you can bake and decorate at home with confidence.
